WS0:  Management and Coordination of WHOSEFVA Project

Activities:

• Project management, monitoring and evaluation of project activities
• Organize Kick Off Meeting in Heraklion, Greece
• Organize Steering Committee Meetings with partners four times throughout the project, to discuss lessons learned, exchange best practices, assess methodology of project, and train partners/domestic violence organizations
• Organize Final Project Meeting in Tartu, Estonia
• Carry out quality assurance to measure progress regarding agreed targets, respect of deadlines, cooperation among partners, etc. according to benchmarks
